Alternative treatment options for managing chronic conditions

Visit with Tracy Boller, APRN, State Registered Practitioner, to review your medical history for qualifying conditions and alternative treatment options. 

The evaluation lasts approximately 20-30 minutes and must be in person. Annual renewal visits may be done via telehealth. 

• ​Cancer or terminal illness
  
• Chronic or severe pain
  
• Epilepsy or other intractable seizure disorder 
  
• Multiple sclerosis, muscle spasms, or spasticity
  
• Chronic nausea or cyclical vomiting syndrome
  
• Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

All new patients must have an in-person visit at our practice located at 132 Frontier Boulevard Suite 103, Stanford, KY 40484.
