Our visits can be done via in person or via telehealth for all of Kentucky, for certain conditions. Please call for screening and scheduling to determine which option is appropriate for you.

Sick Visits are available for just $65, making them one of our affordable self-pay options. Please note that additional fees may apply for testing, in-office treatments, and related services.
For those under 18, Sports Physicals are offered at a low cost of $35.
Adults can benefit from a General Physical/Exam without labs or testing for only $45.
We also provide a TB Risk Assessment for $20 and ear cleaning services for $25.
