Consultation

$149 Initial Consultation which includes labs, medical evaluation, and screening for weight loss treatment eligibility. Consultation fee may be adjusted if patient has satisfactory labs obtained within recent months.

Semaglutide 

$299/month if injections are administered in office weekly, with the price never changing regardless of dose increase. 

$349 per vial/month if self-administered at home. The cost per vial never changes, regardless of dose titration.

Tirzepatide 

Available for at home self-administered injections only and increases monthly as the dose increases:

Month 1-$250 Month 2=-$350  Month 3-$450

Month 4-$550 Month 5-$650 Month 6-$750

**Monthly pricing for Tirzepatide only goes up if dose goes up-once a successful and tolerated dose is reached the pricing stays the same for that level**

Package discounts apply to at home self-administered treatments with semaglutide or tirzepatide:

3 months paid up front= $150 off

6 months paid up front=$300 off

Different combinations available, including Bella, Lipo Burn, etc., that increase in price depending upon which combination is selected. May cost up to approximately $199/month

Low dose naltrexone is a component of certain compounded medications but may not be an option for everyone. This will be discussed and explained at consultation.

We also offer multiple options of supplemental add-on fat-burning and metabolism-boosting injections administered weekly in office or at home, that start at $30/injection. 

Ongoing support, education, and regular check-ins are included in pricing. Repeat labs, as indicated by your provider and specialized treatment plan, are an additional fee. This may range from every 3 months to 6 months.

A $50 deposit is required to secure your consultation and will be applied toward the balance the day of your visit. It is non-refundable and will apply to situations of no-show or cancellations/rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice. 

The credit card on file will be charged at consultation for the initial fee and any medications/treatments agreed upon unless you provide a different method of payment
