Consultation

$149 Initial Consultation which includes labs, medical evaluation, and screening for weight loss treatment eligibility. 

Monthly Weight Loss Programs

Program Fee is $150/month and treatment options are additional cost based upon treatment plan chosen by you and your provider.

Treatment Options:

Multiple options are available, including oral medications, injectables, along with oral and injectable supplements, vitamins, and compounded variations.

Ongoing support, education, and regular check-ins are included in pricing. Repeat labs, as indicated by your provider and specialized treatment plan, are an additional fee. This may range from every 3 months to 6 months.

A $50 deposit is required to secure your consultation and will be applied toward the balance the day of your visit. It is non-refundable and will apply to situations of no-show or cancellations/rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice. 

The credit card on file will be charged at consultation for the initial fee and any medications/treatments agreed upon unless you provide a different method of payment
